The Gamechanger

Terms of participation

1. What this is

The Million is a public online game operated by Lean Trading on The Gamechanger. Players pay a stake and receive shares and points. This is not a financial product, not investment advice, and not a guarantee of profit.

2. When the game ends

The round ends once $1,000,000 (one million US dollars) is in the pot or the displayed timer expires — whichever comes first. After that, no new buy-ins are possible.

3. Payouts — always, with a 50% house floor

After the round ends — whether the pot hit $1,000,000 or the timer expired first — winnings are credited pro-rata by shares among players as in-game credit. Players compete for the player pool only.

All players combined always receive at most 50% of the pot at settlement. At a full million that is at most $500,000; if the timer ends earlier, 50% of whatever is in the pot. At least 50% of the pot is the Gamechanger cut for that table (house floor). On The Million (first table), that cut goes to the platform Gamechanger lennart.pomreinke@yahoo.de. The Gamechanger cut is never converted into player shares or ranking — it does not put the Gamechanger automatically in first place. Never more is paid out than sits in the pot. There is no “everyone gets their stake back” path.

3a. User Gamechanger pots

A Gamechanger seat ($99) is available only after you have paid into a pot (The Million or another live pot). That seat unlocks one user pot. On every pot that settles, a share of the house side goes to that pot’s Gamechanger. Players still share at most 50%. Of the house side, the founder normally receives 25% of the pot and Lean Trading 25%. The first Gamechanger pot that reaches $1,000,000 awards the founder an extra 10% of the pot (35% total to founder, 15% to Lean) and one additional free pot slot. Later pots that hit $1M keep the standard 25% / 25% split. Founder money is a house-side cut — not player ranking.

4. Points and invites

1 point per dollar staked. Extra points when the round hits the million, and for invites whose stakes also settled in the round. Invites give ranking points — not a direct cut of other players’ money and not a pyramid.

5. Credit, not a bank payout

Wins are in-game credit (ledger), not a right to an immediate bank transfer. Stripe refunds happen only against your own stake and only while the house floor (50%) holds. A live refund is not promised in this build.

6. No guarantee

Most players walk empty. Only the best get credit. Entering earlier and heavier, plus an active network, improves chances — it does not guarantee a win.
